Payment & Refund Policy

1. Payments

* We accept online payments through Razorpay using debit cards, credit cards, net banking, UPI, and supported wallets.
* Full or partial payment (as per booking terms) must be made to confirm the reservation.
* Prices listed on our website are in Indian Rupees (INR) and inclusive of applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.
* All payment details provided by guests are processed securely through Razorpay’s PCI-DSS compliant payment gateway. We do not store your card or banking details on our servers.

2. Booking Confirmation

* Once the payment is successful, a booking confirmation email will be sent to the registered email address with reservation details.
* Guests are requested to check their email and report any discrepancies immediately.

3. Cancellation & Refund Policy

3.1 Cancellations by Guest
* Free cancellation: Up to 14 days prior to the check-in date — full refund of the amount paid.
* 50% refund: For cancellations made between 14 days to 7 days before check-in.
* No refund: For cancellations made less than 7 days before check-in or in case of a no-show.

3.2 Cancellations by The Feel Resort & Spa
* In the rare event we are unable to honour your booking due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., operational issues, force majeure), you will be offered:
1. A full refund of the booking amount OR
2. An option to reschedule your stay at no additional cost (subject to availability).

3.3 Refund Process
* Refunds, where applicable, will be initiated within 7–10 business days from the date of cancellation confirmation.
* The amount will be refunded to the original payment method used at the time of booking.
* Processing time may vary depending on your bank/payment provider.

4. Amendments to Bookings

* Date changes or amendments to bookings are subject to availability and applicable rate differences.
* Amendments requested less than 7 days before check-in may be treated as a cancellation and subject to the above policy.

5. No-Show Policy

* Guests who do not arrive on the scheduled check-in date without prior intimation will be considered as a no-show, and no refund will be issued.

7. Changes to Policy

The Feel Resort & Spa by Maat Hotels and Resorts reserves the right to update or modify this policy at any time without prior notice.
The version of the policy in force at the time of your booking will apply.
